Pressure Gauge
Ideal for ensuring the optimum performance of your RIB and Raft.
The Leafield pressure gauge and adapter have been designed to interface with
any of the Leafield InflationDeflation valves.
This gauge has been specially designed and manufactured for Leafield to
survive the rugged requirements of the Marine industry.
The quality German manufactured gauge has a stainless steel housing with a
damped shock resistant mechanism. The gauge is then further protected by the
rubber shock-absorbing cover.
This gauge assembly will not float. Therefore stow it safely before launching.
Pump adapters
Leafield manufacture a tapered pump adapter that fits any of the Leafield
Inflation Deflation valves. These are available to fit either 1/2 inch or
3/4 inch bore hoses. These adapters allow a very fast coupling of the hose
to the valve by simply pushing the hose firmly into place. The adapter is then
removed by a pull and twist action. This type of tapered fitting prevents
the valve being damaged if someone trips over the pump hose, the connection
will simply pull out.
Factory Spanner
The factory spanner is designed to be used in conjunction with a torque
spanner to ensure that the correct torque is applied every time when
installing the valve. This will ensure consistently good results when
fitting the valves. The lower part of the spanner set is often mounted to a
workbench to simplify use. We would always recommend the use of this spanner
in a factory environment.
Service Spanner
This is a low cost spanner for use in the field in case an A6 or C7 valve
needs cleaning or replacing. The spanner slips easily into a spares kit due
to its small size. This spanner does not tighten to a
pre-set torque, so the valve must be tightened as much as possible using
just hand pressure and then checked for leakage. It is not possible to
overtighten the valve using just this spanner
